Windows 10 Version 1809 Cumulative Update Build 17763.168 Released


Microsoft has rolled out a new cumulative update for Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809). Windows 10KB4469342 has been in testing for quite a while now and today it's rolling out to the general public.

Windows 10KB4469342(Build 17763.168) is now available for everyone running version Windows 10 version 1809. You can get it from Windows Update and the Microsoft Update Catalog.

As always, you can open Settings via Start menu and navigate to Update & Security -> Windows Update and select Check for updates to install the latest patch. If you own multiple PCs or if you would like to patch the PCs manually, you can download and install this update from here.

Key changes include:

Addresses an issue in Microsoft Edge with using the drag-and-drop feature to upload folders from the Windows desktop to a file hosting service website, such as Microsoft OneDrive. In some scenarios, files contained in the folders fail to upload, with possibly no error reported on the web...(continued)
